What happens when I send my dates?
We hold the dates for you while we confirm availability. Nothing is charged and no stay is confirmed before we reply personally.
How long are my dates held?
The hold expires automatically after the period shown in your request, and you can send a new request at any time.
How are payment and cancellation handled?
The conditions in force are stated in the booking conditions document and repeated in the message we send with every reservation.
What information do you need on arrival?
Portuguese law requires identification details for every guest. We collect them securely through the online check-in link.
